On Saturday, March 1, 2008, the Law Firm of Kaiser & Swindells will present a half-day law seminar for Homeowners Association board members and managers only, at the Long Beach Hilton Hotel in its Executive Meeting Center. The seminar will cover the new "agenda" law for 2008 as well as recent case decisions affecting common interest developments. The seminar will discuss troublesome areas including document access, board meeting protocol, reserve obligations, enforcing and changing rules, architectural issues and elections. Board members and property managers will find this seminar to be invaluable.

By enrolling for the seminar, registrants agree that they will not make any electronic recording of the seminar or any portion thereof. There will be a $60 event fee, payable at the door, checks made out to "Kaiser & Swindells." Seating is limited, so please register early.
