Swindells have lectured about the Confidentiality of Medical Records for the Loman Business Center; Establishing a Fraudulent Scheme Through Expert Testimony before the Southern California Fraud Investigators Association; Deposition Testimony in Medical Malpractice cases before the Southern California Association of Healthcare Risk Managers and in various trial advocacy issues at the Joseph A. Ball, Clarence S. Hunt, Inn of Court.

Pam spoke at the 2002 Risk Management Seminar in Toronto before the American Public Transportation Association. Ray was a featured speaker on Common Interest Development Law at the "Super Saturday" continuing education of the bar program sponsored by the Long Beach Bar Association, in October of 2002. The firm also presents specialized half-day seminars, such as its "Commercial Transportation and Risk Management Seminar" and its annual "Condominium Homeowners' Association New Laws Seminar".

On Saturday, March 1, 2008, the Law Firm of Kaiser & Swindells will present a half-day law seminar for Homeowners Association board members and managers only, at the Long Beach Hilton Hotel in its Executive Meeting Center. The seminar will cover the new "agenda" law for 2008 as well as recent case decisions affecting common interest developments. The seminar will discuss troublesome areas including document access, board meeting protocol, reserve obligations, enforcing and changing rules, architectural issues and elections. Board members and property managers will find this seminar to be invaluable.

By enrolling for the seminar, registrants agree that they will not make any electronic recording of the seminar or any portion thereof. There will be a $60 event fee, payable at the door, checks made out to "Kaiser & Swindells." Seating is limited, so please register before Tuesday, February 26th.
